Each property sets its own cancellation policy, displayed clearly on the listing page and at checkout. Below are the standard policies you'll see across our listings.

Flexible

Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night is non-refundable.

Moderate

Full refund up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 24 hours before. After that, no refund.

Strict

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
