Pick your dates on the property page, click Reserve, and complete payment via Razorpay or PayU. You'll get instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each property lists its own policy. Most allow free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Do you charge any booking fees?
No — the price you see includes everything except optional add-ons. Taxes are itemised at checkout.
Are your properties verified?
Yes. Every property has been visited, vetted and approved by our team before going live.
Can I bring my pet?
Some properties are pet-friendly. Look for the 'pet-friendly' tag on the listing or filter by it on the search page.
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes. Every booking comes with one-on-one concierge — meals, activities, transport, anything you need.
How do I become a partner?
